Martin Hood LLC is excited to announce two promotions that are a part of the new management structure at the firm.

Bud Windelborn

Bud Windelborn has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Bud has been with the firm for 15 years, previously acting as Firm Administrator. Windelborn commented “I’m really excited for the opportunity. Martin Hood has always been a great place to be for clients and employees. We have a culture that’s better than anywhere else I’ve seen. I’m looking forward to taking the lessons we’ve learned in 2020 about flexibility and technology and using those lessons to grow the firm even bigger and stronger.”

Justin Overstreet Scaled

Justin Overstreet has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Justin has also been with the firm for about 15 years, and has been a partner since 2019. “Our firm has been a large part of our community for so many years and I’m excited to be a part of the new management structure that will help us continue to serve our community and clients for years to come. Our recent expansion into the Peoria market is another example of our commitment to expand our resources and serve our existing and future clients at the highest levels. I’m eager to help our team tackle the challenges and opportunities that expansion will bring.”
