Illinois is offering a tax amnesty program starting October 1, 2019 through November 15, 2019. It will allow taxpayers to pay outstanding and eligible tax liabilities arising between June 30, 2011 through July 1, 2018. If paid in full, eligible penalties and interest will be forgiven during the amnesty program.
